A complex winter storm system will continue to affect the northern and central Rockies through the first part of next week. Moisture in a strong westerly flow aloft, will bring a mixture of rain and snow to the west, with heavier snowfall expected for tonight in the higher elevations. Strong winds will be active in areas east of the Continental Divide. Temperatures across the area will remain on the mild side, but turning colder by late next week.
