ROCK SPRINGS – The Rock Springs Tigers scored wins over Worland and Cheyenne South as they opened the Thoman Soda Ash Invite 2-2 on Friday.
The Tigers will open Saturday against Lander in round six. Lander lost all four duals on Friday. Round six starts at 8 p.m. as Rock Springs will wrestle at the Green River Recreation Center. At 9:30 a.m., the Tigers will take on Evaston in round seven. The Red Devils also finished 2-2 on the first day of the invite.
The title rounds will take place at noon at Green River High School while the Best of the Best will begin at 3:30 p.m.
