ROCK SPRINGS– RSNB Bank recently donated $1,000 to Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency for the Downtown Mural Project.

According to Ben Hansen, RSNB President, working in downtown inspired the organization to donate.

“We believe it enhances downtown so we figured it would be a great place to donate.” Hansen said. “Not only will locals be inclined to look around downtown but visitors will notice the murals too and will want to check the area out.”

RSNB’s contribution marks another milestone in the mural fundraising, bringing it to more than $2,000 so far. The Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency is hoping to raise $5,000 this year to create two to three new murals. The organization is still welcoming donations for the Downtown Mural Project.
