ROCK SPRINGS – An interesting family has taken up residence on the grounds of the Rock Springs Fire Department’s Head Quarters at the base of College Hill. Great Horned Owls, two adults, three owlets to be exact. They nested in the cliffs above the station. Chief Lyle Armstrong said that the owls have taken care of the over population of cotton tails and ground squirrels. Rock Springs Fire Department gets pest control team
