Kaliope Kay RyLee Hoover was born June 25, 2024, at 1:15 a.m. at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds and 4 ounces and was 21 inches long at birth.
She was welcomed into the world by proud parents Ambar De Leon and Kinzor Hoover, grandparents Oscar and Betty Gomez of Rock Springs and Jason and Tonya Hoover of Cheyenne. She was welcomed with love and excitement by her siblings Aliyah, Kallun & Martha Hoover.
