Rhen Louise Smalstig was born May 4 to her proud parents Caroline and Russell Smalstig. She graced the world at 3:20 p.m. weighing 5 lbs. 3 oz. and has the proud Rachele Unguren-Allen and Stephen Allen, Mike and Fran Romano, and Russell and Ruby Smalstig as grandparents.
