He had been a long time resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming.

Military graveside services and inurnment will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 4, 2016, at the Columbarium in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.

Mary E. Carmine, 80 of Rock Springs, Wyoming passed away on September 6, 2011, at her home. She had been a long time Rock Springs resident.

Graveside services and inurnment will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 4, 2016, at the Columbarium in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.

Randy Carmine, 41, of Rock Springs, Wyoming passed away on November 20, 2007.  He had been a long time resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming. Graveside services and inurnment will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 4, 2016, at the Columbarium in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.
