Charley M. Cecil was born October 28, 1962, to Martin L. Cecil and Rosalia (Browning) Cecil. Charley left this world to be with the Lord on August 16, 2021, at the ripe old age of 58.

He married Lori Lea Allen on April 24, 1982. They had three young’uns (as Charley would say it); Brooke,
Rachelle, and Charley. He loved anything to do with the outdoors. He always had a smile on his face no
matter the circumstances. Charley loved being a truck driver and had a story for every piece of roadway
in the country. He would do anything for his family or any person in need.

Charley is survived by his wife Lori (whom he affectionately referred to as Ma), his children, Brooke
Cecil, Rachelle and Jared Henderson and Charley and Tricia Cecil, his five grandsons Xander, Malachi,
Noah, Jonah and Zion Spence, and one granddaughter, Jaina Henderson, his mother Rose Payne, his
sisters Debbie Cecil and Jackie Woodbury, brothers-in-law Tom Woodbury, Larry Allen, Les Allen, J.D.
Bassett and Harold Roach, his sisters-in-law Lisa Bassett and Mandi Allen. He is also survived by his best
friend Marty and his wife, Malinda Vermilyea and several nieces and nephews.

Charley is proceeded in death by his father, Martin L Cecil, sisters Sherry Roach and Ginger Bryson,
brother-in-law Brian Allen and both sets of grandparents.
