ROCK SPRINGS – With the first day of school closing in, many summer activities are wrapping up. The final Track and Field Fun Meet will take place tonight.

The final meet starts tonight at 6 p.m. at the Rock Springs High School track. Registration will start at 5:30 p.m. and participants must register before it starts. The event is free to all participants and is for both boys and girls, ranging in ages from 3-years-old to 18-years-old.

Events include the 25-meter dash, the 50-meter dash, standing long jump, 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash, joggers mile, 400-meter dash, 4×100 relay, softball throw and 800-meter dash.

The Track and Field Fun Meets are sponsored by the Rock Springs Civic Center Programs Department.
