I have 3 beautiful daughters – Katie 17, Grace 12 and Hadley 10. I come from a large, extended family who mean the world to me. Rock Springs is truly home to me and I enjoy being able to give back to this community.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU LIVED IN SWEETWATER COUNTY?
Born and raised in Rock Springs, my family has been here for 5 generations. I moved to Laramie for college and then Casper for about 7 years, other than that I’ve lived here my whole life.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO?
I love gardening, hiking, snowshoeing, photography, and traveling. I love exploring new places and experiences.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE BEST PART OF LIVING IN SWEETWATER COUNTY?
The people – hands down. Having grown up here I know so many people and it’s what makes Sweetwater County truly unique. There is a great support system here of family, friends, co-workers, etc. It’s truly what makes it a community.
WHAT IS THE ONE TIP OR LIFE LESSON YOU HAVE LEARNED THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO SHARE WITH OUR READERS?
Sounds cliche, but don’t sweat the small stuff. There are so many big issues that can and do impact us, getting worried or upset over something small isn’t worth it. It’s not an easy lesson to learn, but well worth it.
