CHEYENNE — Governor Matthew H. Mead has ordered both the U.S. and State of Wyoming flags be flown at half-staff statewide from sunrise until noon on Memorial Day, Monday May 26, 2014, in honor of the men and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.
