Governor Submits Nominees for Boards, Commissions and Cabinet to Senate

CHEYENNE – Governor Matt Mead has sent the Wyoming Senate his list of nominees for many state offices, boards and commissions. These nominees are subject to confirmation by the Senate.

“Boards and commissions play a significant role – from licensing doctors to overseeing highway budgets. Those who serve on these boards and commissions commit their time and expertise. Their work makes a difference in Wyoming,” said Governor Mead. “They do a great job and I appreciate their willingness to serve.” 

The Senate has five days to approve or reject the appointments
