Athlete of the Week
Lauressa Tramp was nominated by Principal Darren Howard as the Athlete of the Week. Principal Howard said, “Lauressa had an outstanding performance during the Rock Springs volleyball game.”
Students of the Week
Ana Hernandez was nominated by foreign language teacher Mr. Nick Hokanson as a Student of the Week. Mr Hokanson said, “Ana is always quietly working hard and many times goes unnoticed. She always completes assignments in a timely manner. She is trustworthy and dependable. She exemplifies what it is to be a wolf.”
Gregory Marchal was nominated by foreign language teacher Mr. Spencer Cantrell as a Student of the Week in Spanish 2. Mr Cantrell said, “I appreciate having Gregory in class. He is dedicated to learning Spanish and always shows up ready to participate in any discussion and learning activities. Gregory is respectful to his classmates and a great example to all.”
Activities Student of the Week
Vabsi Ibarra was nominated by Principal Darren Howard as the Activities Student of the Week. Principle Howard said, “Vabsi is a hard worker and positive influence in Student Council.”
Wolf of the Week
Jarrod Shoemaker was nominated by foreign language teacher Mr. Kevin Dickson as the Wolf of the Week. Mr Dickson said, “Jarrod has worked really hard this year to master his vocabulary in Spanish. He always comes in with a smile on his face and tries his hardest to greet me and talk to me in Spanish. Jarrod also recently did an amazing job on a very difficult district assessment. I have been very pleased with Jarrod’s dedication to academics and desire to do well.”
