ROCK SPRINGS – The Hunt is finally here. On Saturday, Bunning Park will transform into the hunting grounds as children will look for those elusive colored spheres. Local children can continue in what has become a long-standing Rock Springs event, the annual Easter Egg hunt which is handled by the Rock Springs Parks Department each year.
Parents, bring your children out for an egg hunt and visit with the Easter Bunny. Most eggs contain delicious candy and a sticker, some eggs contain prizes for big Easter baskets, and you might even find one with money in it. Come see what you can find.
The activities kick off at Bunning Park at 10 a.m. with the 8 to 10-year-olds tearing up the hunt grounds. After the 10-year-olds, the 5 to 7-years-old will take their turn on the grounds. Finally, the cutest part of the hunt will start at noon with the 1 to 4-year-olds as they search for that special egg to bring back to mom.
