Daniel’s Jewelry is proud to continue the KD Foundation for Sweetwater County children with juvenile diabetes.

The KD Foundation helps families in need by funding supplies such as test strips, insulin, syringes etc. We also offer children the opportunity to attend summer and winter diabetes camps at no cost. In addition, we supply children with free medical alert jewelry.
The KD Foundation is pleased to offer scholarships to college-bound, diabetic high school seniors in Sweetwater County.
There is support in numbers. The KD Foundation organizes an annual walk-a-thon at the beginning of summer. The walk-a-thon raises money and awareness for children living with diabetes. It is our largest fundraiser with the most participants.
And, last but not least, we host a Fun Day for all the juvenile diabetics in Sweetwater County. This year’s Fun Day will be a movie themed event. We are excited to get our kids of all ages together for a great time and peer support. This is our favorite event that makes a difference for the juvenile diabetics in our community.
