Local Boy Scout Earns Eagle Scout after Completing Landscaping Project

Taysum Cutler recently received his Eagle Scout Badge at the White Mountain Library. He is the son of Kim and Ken Cutler.

ROCK SPRINGS —Boy Scouts of America Troop 86 member Taysum Cutler recently earned his Eagle Scout after completing an Eagle service project.

For his Eagle service project, he led others in redoing some of the landscaping at the Young at Heart Community Center.

To earn his Eagle Scout, Cutler learned basic Scout skills like first aid, earned 21 merit badges, served as a leader in his troop, and lived by the values taught in the Scout Oath and Law.

Cutler, 16, is the son of Kim and Ken Cutler and is a junior at Black Butte High School. He enjoys acting, sculpturing, and is active in his church’s Young Mens’ program.
