ROCK SPRINGS – Congratulations to Ryan Meduno, the winner of the National Match M-1 Garand rifle. Officers and Members of the L/Cpl Chance Phelps Detachment of the Marine Corps League – Sweetwater County Wyoming join Ryan out side Trailhead Guns, who graciously donated the rifle. Money from the raffle will be matched by The Chance Phelps Foundation and donated to a young boy in Casper who has terminal Autoimmune disease.
