They are excited to introduce you to their new clinician, Carrie Sturgeon.
Carrie graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2015, having earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work. She received her Certified Social Worker licensure from the State of Wyoming in 2015 and began serving the community of Rock Springs providing outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services. She later earned her Master’s of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University in 2019 and became a Provisional Clinical Social Worker. Carrie remains a Provisionally Licensed Social Worker and is anticipating to complete her full licensure by the end of the year.

During her time as a Social Worker, Carrie has served her community through work in suicide prevention, the provision of substance abuse and mental health services, assisted people during incarceration to reintegrate into their communities, and provided social emotional learning to adolescents.
Carrie is passionate about, and specializes in, treating adolescents with behavioral and substance use disorders. She has a free spirit and believes in approaching each client with kindness and a non-judgemental view.
