Memorial Hospital Family Medicine is hosting their annual walk-in flu clinic for established, adult patients.

The flu shots will be $35, cash or check. (We will not be billing insurances.)

The walk-in flu clinic will be held in the Family Medicine Clinic of the Medical Office Building on:

Friday, Oct. 28, 2016, and Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, from 9 am – 12 pm.
