ROCK SPRINGS — Residents and visitors can now stroll through downtown Rock Springs and discover all its historic information thanks to a new walking tour app now available through PocketSights Tour Guide.

The Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency has been taking advantage of this time to put the tour online, which is an easily downloadable app. Simply download the PocketSights Tour Guide mobile app on your GPS-enabled mobile device, and if your location finder is turned on, the Rock Springs Walking Tour Guide will pop right up. You can use the app in other locations simply by typing in the city name.

The local tour begins at the Rock Springs Historical Museum with stops along the way at the old Federal Post Office Building, Masonic Temple, Lincoln Highway Garage and Rex Hotel.
