Partly Sunny and Breezy Today with Highs in the Thirties

A bitterly cold start across the Cowboy State this morning. Patchy fog will also be possible over the valleys and basins of central and western portions. Otherwise, expect partly cloudy skies today, as temperatures rebound. This will mark the start of a warming trend that will last through Tuesday. Breezy conditions will also return over the Absarokas southward, to South Pass and over the Red Desert to Casper.
