Nun Too Fast 5K Walk/Run

The 13th annual Nun Too Fast 5K Walk/Run saw a great turnout this morning in the Rock Springs Smith’s parking lot.

Needless to say, plenty of pre-candy calories were burned in an effort to raise funds for the Holy Spirit Youth Ministry.

Great job everyone!

Downtown Green River Halloween Parade

The City of Green River hosted the annual Downtown Green River Halloween Parade this morning, in which several members of the community came all dressed up to get some candy.

The parade took place along Flaming Gorge Drive and included lots of fun and spooky floats and excited kids ready to get some candy.

Downtown Rock Springs Halloween Stroll

The City of Rock Springs hosted its annual Downtown Halloween Stroll earlier today. Children and adults put on their favorite costumes in pursuit of sugary goodness.

At times, residents had to wait in line to receive candy, but the smiles on the kids’ faces made it all worth it.

Whisler Chevrolet Trunk-or-Treat

More than 2000 children enjoyed a beautiful late-autumn Saturday during Whisler Chevrolet’s annual Trunk-or-Treat event.

The gang at Whisler’s put on a Willy Wonka-themed song and dance for families as they entered the parking lot before gathering treats from 32 different vendors. A great time was had by all, and SweetwaterNOW was happy to be a part of it!
