CASPER – Several local and regional tracksters had top ten finishes in the morning session on Thursday as the 2016 Wyoming State Outdoor Track and Field Championships opened. Farson-Eden’s Lain Mithelson won the 1A 3200 meter state title. Lyman’s McKinley Bradshaw won the 2A High Jump State Championship.
