ROCK SPRINGS — The Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce that they will be hosting a City Council Candidate forum on Monday October 6th starting at 6:30 p.m. at City Council Chambers (212 D St). This forum is open to the public and the Chamber encourages everyone to attend.
Moderators will take questions from the audience as well as telephone questions. Questions can be called in during the forum at 352-1510. The forum will be televised (LIVE) on Channel 13. The Chamber has invited all candidates that are currently running for City Council to attend at this time, this is the only forum scheduled before the November election.
The Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce through the organizations core values, are committed to creating a strong local economy, promoting the community, bringing business to government and promoting political action within the community. The Chamber of Commerce deems it necessary to be dedicated to enhancing Sweetwater County’s quality of life and economic vitality through a cooperative Sweetwater County.
