ROCK SPRINGS– The Rock Springs High School wrestling team took first place at the Battle in the Big Horns dual tournament in Worland on Friday and Saturday, December 15 and 16.

Pool Matches

The Tigers defeated Cody, Wheatland, and Pinedale to make it into the gold bracket. The Tigers started the tournament with a dual against Cody, in which they won 51-24.

RSHS then went on to beat Wheatland 72-12. The Tigers then beat Pinedale 70-12, securing their place in the tournament’s gold bracket.

Rock Springs High School beat Lander 60-15, moving on to wrestle Glenrock. The Tigers beat Glenrock 48-23, securing a spot in the finals. The Tigers then beat Worland for first place, 42-36.
