Who is Smart Dwellings?
Smart Dwellings is the collaboration of three brothers — Nathaniel, Justin, and Jeremiah Lemon — who grew up working in construction, where they learned there is a lot of waste in building homes. Not everything that is done adds value to the final product.
The Lemon brothers believe that by rethinking the building process, they can eliminate waste in such a way that it makes the home a lot more affordable.
Their main goal is to build beautiful homes that you don’t have to be an oil tycoon to afford. And what’s more, the house is designed to be energy efficient and built with quality products that will stand the test of time.
