ROCK SPRINGS — The annual Downtown Trunk or Treat is a big deal in Rock Springs and Sweetwater County.
A never-ending parade of children and adults walking along Downtown Rock Springs as people in costume stand around dozens of vehicles decorated for the season. Ghouls, superheroes, pop culture icons and more welcome the flowing mass of people with smiles and handfuls of candy. What better chance to ask a few more people, “What is your favorite Halloween candy, and Why?”
