Trona Valley offers members the opportunity to Skip-A-Payment on a loan due to unexpected circumstances, such as the Coronavirus COVID-19.
We understand that members may experience economic hardship due to employment changes and school closures.
Trona Valley is here to assist you.
Members can submit a request for a Skip-A-Payment through our Online Banking portal.
Login to CU Online and click on the “Additional Services” tab. If you are not registered for CU Online services, it takes a few minutes to register.
Digital banking solutions are important at this time. We encourage members who are concerned about visiting a branch location to utilize our E-Services, such as Online and Mobile Banking, CU Online, Online Payment Center, and Remote Deposit.
In addition, members can contact our Call Center in place of visiting a branch. Trona Valley’s mobile app also allows members to check available balances, view transaction history, transfer funds between accounts, and pay bills.
