ROCK SPRINGS — Staff members and golfers sprung into action when fellow golfer Zach Constantino was struck by lightning at the White Mountain Golf Course on May 24th saving his life.

At tonight’s Rock Springs City Council Meeting the following staff members and bystanders were honored for their part in the event.

Those honored include, JJ Syvrud, Maria Stradley Holton, Sarah Hall, Grant Yarlich, Aaron Allred, Brett Veeshart and Matt Soderlund.
