GREEN RIVER — Green River High School will be one of many schools lit up on Friday night in honor of the “Be the Light Campaign.”
The purpose of the “Be the Light Campaign” is to honor the Class of 2020, the spring sports student-athletes, health care workers, emergency personnel, and all others who are risking their own well-being on behalf of the citizens of Green River and Sweetwater County.
The lights at Wolves Stadium will be turned on Friday night from 8:20 p.m. to 8:40 p.m. Participants in the campaign can drive by Wolves Stadium and honk their horn to show support.
“Remember to adhere to all social distancing policies and have someone take some pictures of the stadium that you can share with others on social media,” GRHS Athletic Director Tony Beardsley said.
