CASPER – Rehabilitation work is set to begin Monday, May 16 on the U.S. 20/26 (West Yellowstone Highway) bridge just west of Salt Creek Highway and east of Wyoming Boulevard, between Casper and Mills.

Work will take place on one half of the bridge at a time, beginning on the north side of the bridge (westbound lanes). All traffic will be moved to the eastbound lanes. A turn lane for those going north onto Salt Creek Highway will be in place. Traffic will be reduced to one lane, either direction, during construction. Once the north side is completed, traffic will be switched to the westbound lanes.

The work is expected to take about 60 working days to complete. Please pay attention to traffic control and speed reductions when driving through this work zone.
