EVANSTON — The Rock Springs Tigers competed in the 4A West Conference golf competition over the weekend in Evanston.
Rock Springs’ Sam Young won the 4A West Conference title in the boys division, hitting a 76 on day one and a 75 on day two for a total score of 151. Young initially tied Laramie’s McClaren for first, but won the title in a playoff against McClaren.
Rock Springs’ boys team took third overall, with a team score of 377.

For the Lady Tigers, the top placer was Hanmi Park who took fourth overall. Park shot a 91 on day one and a 83 on day two for a total score of 174.
