GREEN RIVER – Mary Patricia “Patti” Nielsen, 54, of Green River died suddenly at her home on Wednesday, January 13, 2016.
She was born September 20, 1961, in Sacramento, California, the daughter of Matthew Kuchinka and Goldean Addis Kuchinka. She attended schools in San Diego, California and worked as a CNA for nursing homes for the past 30 years.
Mary’s interests were crocheting, crossword puzzles & other puzzles, listening to music and taking care of people.
Survivors include her father Matthew Kuchinka of La Cruz, New Mexico; daughters Jessica Robertson of Flint, Michigan, Jasmine Blaisdell of Green River, and Jaclyn Robertson of Rock Springs; sister Pamela Rossi of La Cruz; grandchildren Kamari Lemons, Breyannah Ballard, Brennan Blaisdell, Braelynn Blaisdell, Destiny Jones, Bronson McMillan; niece Cassandra Rossi.
She was preceded in death by her mother Goldean Kuchinka and son-in- law Patrick Blaisdell.
Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, January 22, 2016, at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs.
