Leilani Juanita Hipol and Garrett David Zans would like to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Leilani is the daughter of Keith(Moki) and Mary Hipol of Evanston.
She is a University of Wyoming graduate, with a Masters from the University of Oxford. She is employed at the University of Colorado Boulder in the Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence.

Garrett is the son of David and Jan Zans of Rock Springs. He is currently working on his Master of Electrical Engineering at the University of Wyoming.
They will be married on Dec. 27th in Evanston.
