ROCK SPRINGS – This week Sweetwater Citizens Crime Stoppers and local law enforcement are asking for the public’s’ help in locating Troy Dean Smith who currently has an active warrant out of District Court in Sweetwater Co. He is approx. 40 years old, 5’9” tall, and weighs about 145 lbs. He has dark hair and eyes. He was last seen in the Superior area of Sweetwater Co.
