Bonnie Carissa Blalock and Gary Lee Collins II, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ben Blalock and Becky Fischer of Laramie, WY. Bonnie has a BS in Social Work from the University of Wyoming and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. Bonnie moved from Denver to Rock Springs in 2014 and is a Substance Abuse Counselor at Southwest Counseling Services.
The groom is the son of Pearl Arguello-Moon, Rock Springs, WY, and Gary Collins Sr., Greenville, KY. A Green River native, Gary moved back to Wyoming in 2005 after working and going to school in Las Vegas. He is the Public Relations & Marketing Director for Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County where he has been employed for 10 years. Gary has also served on numerous local boards and committees.
Gary and Bonnie live in Rock Springs and plan to stay in the area after their wedding.
The couple is planning a July wedding in Laramie, WY at the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center. The groom’s Uncle, Junior Arguello, will officiate the ceremony. More information can be found here.
