Simplot employees Rich Antila, Ryan Wells, and Lando Bomba, recently presented the donated shipping container to the Green River Police Department.

We have utilized a dilapidated trailer house for storing of supplies at the Green River Police Department’s outdoor shooting range and that trailer is near the end of its usefulness.

Officer Bomba looked into the cost of acquiring a shipping container from Simplot by speaking with his father, Lando Bomba who is employed at Simplot.

Simplot and Linde Engineering decided to donate the shipping container to our department.

Steve Zueck with Zueck Transportation donated his expertise and time transporting the shipping container to the Green River Landfill.

Also, thank you to the City of Green River Solid Waste Department for unloading and positioning the container.
