ROCK SPRINGS -Mustang wrestlers and coaches from Western Wyoming Community College will instruct young wrestlers in grades 7 -12 on the finer points of the sport during the annual Mustang Wrestling Camp, scheduled for July 22-24 at Rock Springs High School. The early registration deadline is July 8.

Camp will run from 8 a.m. till 11:30 a.m. each day. The cost is $40 per day or $100 for all three days for early registrants. Day-of registration is $125 for all three days.

Camp clinicians will work with participants on training and techniques, with live matches each day. All participants will receive a t-shirt.

This year’s camp will conclude with the 2013 Sweetwater County Fight Under The Lights, a fundraising event scheduled for 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, at Tiger Stadium. The camp dual event will also feature several WWCC exhibition matches.

The entry fee for Fight Under The Lights is $3, with proceeds going to support the Rock Springs High School Wrestling Team. The community is encouraged to come out and support local wrestlers in this fun summer event.
