Public Hearing for New Liquor License in GR is Tonight

New local-business hopeful Buckley Hubert dba; Town Bar & Grill has filed an application for a retail liquor license in Green River. A public hearing is scheduled for tonight’s Green River city council meeting to publicize the application for the liquor license.

The location for the liquor license holder’s establishment would be at 95 East Railroad Ave, Green River. The public is welcome to attend the hearing and voice concerns. The meeting will start at 7 pm, at the Green River City Hall.

The following questions are included in the agenda for the public hearing.

The governing body and public citizens may consider these questions during the hearing:

  • Do existing licenses or permits meet the needs of the community?
  • Have the desires of the residents been met or satisfied?
  • Have other reasonable restrictions or standards imposed by the City been met or carried out?
  • Will the welfare of the people residing in the vicinity be adversely or seriously affected?
