One vehicle accident five miles west of Rawlins claims life of Payson Utah Woman

RAWLINS — Tiffany J. Anderson, 20 of Payson Utah was killed in a single vehicle accident five miles west of Rawlins at 7: 20 am on January 29th.

According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol Sean M. Anderson was driving a 2000 Toyota Tundra and Tiffany K. Anderson was a passenger in the vehicle.

Anderson was eastbound on Interstate 80 in the driving lane when evidence indicates his vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and struck a delineator post. Anderson then over corrected the vehicles steering to the left back towards the roadway. This maneuver caused the vehicle to go into a broadside slide back onto the roadway and across both eastbound lanes of travel going off the roadway into the median whereupon Anderson over corrected the vehicles steering back to the right. The vehicle then rolled an unknown number of times before coming to rest on its top. Tiffany was lying down sleeping in the back seat and was not using any occupant restraint.
