ROCK SPRINGS – Got a little one interested in football? Registration for two Rock Springs youth football programs starts today.

Registration for two programs, the Little Squirts Beginner Football and Youth Developmental Flag Football started today.

Little Squirts will take place on Mondays from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., Aug. 25-Sept. 22 and is for kids ages 3-years-old to 7-years-old. Kids will learn the basic motor skills necessary to play organized football and have fun. There is a $20 registration fee.

The Youth Developmental program will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Aug. 26-Sept. 23 for kids 1st through 3rd grade. Develop your child’s love of football along with their skills in a learning based program emphasizing the fundamentals of the sport and why teamwork is important. There is a $30 registration fee.

Both programs will be at the Wataha Recreation Complex north of Rock Springs. Register in person at the Civic Center or call 352-1420.
