ROCK SPRINGS – Are you ready to re-live the glory days on the court even though the knees and back just isn’t what they use to be and it takes a little more ice and ibuprofen to recover? The Rock Springs Civic Center Leagues and Programs Department has announced men’s city league basketball registration in now open.

You can register online at the the city of Rock Springs Website under the Civic Center Leagues and Programs at http://www.rswy.net/department/division.php?fDD=7-65 or stop by the Rock Springs Civic Center.

Men’s League will start on Nov. 16 and usually ends in late February or early March. Games will be played on Sundays, usually between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Registration fees include $300 per team and each player will pay $20 apiece to be a member of the league. Checks need to be made payable to Rock Springs Men’s Basketball.

There is a mandatory captains meeting at the Rock Springs Civic Center on Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. This is when the team fee will be due and one member of the team is required to attend this meeting. League organizers stressed there will be no exceptions on this so please do not ask.
