ROCK SPRINGS – After a successful week of Hall of Fame activities, the Sweetwater County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees honored the committee.

The inaugural class for the Rock Springs High School Hall of Fame participants chosen from alumni, contributors, coaches, athletes, and teams were celebrated on August 25-27th. Faculty and community members celebrated the inductees at a banquet to acknowledge their accomplishments and contributions to Rock Springs High School.

The Hall of Fame Committee formed a process for selection and created the Rock Springs High School Hall of Fame. It is through their efforts that this new tradition to the High School and the District has begun.

“We would like to thank the Hall of Fame Committee for their time and effort and their belief in the importance of “Once a Tiger, always a Tiger,” the district said.

Committee Members included Jodi Barnum, Lexi Bedard, Zach Gunyan, Thomas Jassman, Marj Moretti, Darrin Peppard, Debbie Petrie-Bullock, Julie Weir, Shawna Willmore and Tony Yerkovich
