SWEETWATER COUNTY — The emergency medical service providers in Rock Springs are receiving a high call volume this afternoon.

A serious crash is reported at mile marker 34 on 191 North, a burn injury is also reported at the rest area at the 143 mile marker east bound on I-80, in addition to three serious medical calls that took place simultaneously this afternoon.
