ROCK SPRINGS – Jacob Doust of Rock Springs displays the Browning X-bolt 7mm rifle he won in the annual raffle sponsored by the Sweetwater County Democratic Party. Tickets were sold at various events over the summer, and the winning ticket was drawn at the yearly Labor Day Picnic held by various labor organizations in the county.
