ROCK SPRINGS– On February 17, 2019, at approximately 10 am, two male juveniles were observed on a Rock Springs Police Department camera attempting to break into the drug drop box inside the Rock Springs Police Department.

The two juveniles were stopped by an officer who learned that they were there as a part of the City of Rock Springs Work Restitution Program.

After an investigation, the two juveniles were released back to the Work Restitution Program with new charges pending.

All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
