ROCK SPRINGS — The Wyoming Department of Transportation has announced the closure of the Belt Loop to traffic from Dewar Drive to Blair Ave through Oct. 6.

WYDOT said crews will be sealing concrete joints starting Oct. 5, but local access to West Center Street will remain open throughout the duration of the work.

The work is part of a pavement rehabilitation job involving concrete paving, asphalt paving, miling, grinding and crack sealing on 4.5 miles of Wyoming State Highway 376. The completion date for the work is set for Oct. 31.
