Cody Cubs 15 Powell Pioneers 1 – Championship. Cody wins first title since 1989, and it just so happens, the last time they won it, that tournament was also played in Laramie. John Beaudrie of Cody, named A-League MVP. The Cubs also won the A-League sportsmanship award, and qualify for the A-League Northwest Regional Tournament to be played in Anchorage, Alaska. Game 1 will be played on Friday, August 8th at 2:00pm Mountain Time (Noon Alaska Time) vs. the Oregon A-League State Champ.
