GREEN RIVER — One Green River resident is surely celebrating today after finding out he has won the lottery.

Wyoming Lottery (WyoLotto) announced today, May 5, that Green River resident Paul Miller has won $22,000 playing the new game called 2by2.

WyoLotto made the announcement on its social media page. According to the post, Miller bought the winning ticket at the Maverik and he is the second grand prize winner with 2by2.

“He had a good feeling about our newest game and right after telling a friend they should try it out- he won himself,” the post states. “And to top if off, once Paul realized he had won, he made sure to go back to the Maverik and give $100 to the clerk who sold him that winning ticket.”
