ROCK SPRINGS — The Civic Center will be partially closed October 21st. The construction taking place on M street will require the water to be turned off. Because of this, the pool area, locker rooms and all bathrooms will be closed.

The rest of the building will be open and non-aquatic classes will still be held. Port-a-johns will be available for patron restroom use.
